The Fresh Market in Algonquin, IL is seeking a Meat & Seafood Department Lead to support the Department Manager and guide the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor staff, ensure fresh products, and uphold a culture of hospitality and teamwork.
You’ll monitor schedules, assist with inventory and promotions, and step in as acting manager when needed, while keeping safety and quality standards top of mind. Experience with knives, grinders and meat saws is preferred.
