• Engage customers enthusiastically and explain product features to enhance shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up.
• Help customers interpret and clarify account statements and pay their bills in store.
• Answer questions on current or new services, make account changes, upgrade levels of service, and process general service requests.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive environment, connecting our products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store constantly.

Base Pay: $17.05

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.74
