School-Based Physical Therapist - Algonquin, IL

This onsite, part‑time position (15 hours per week, spread over 2 days) begins with orientation on August 3 & 4, and runs through May 20, 2027. You’ll start just in time to welcome students back for an enriching school year.

• Valid PT license in the state or eligible to obtain
• Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy services to students K-12
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student goals
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Participate in regular collaboration and process improvement meetings
• Engage in performance reviews and continuous improvement activities
