What You ll DoCollaborate with the team to research and evaluate potential partnerships and growth areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and industry contacts.
Assist in creating and executing business plans aligned with company goals.
Help streamline daily activities and processes within various business units.
Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
Coordinate and support business development projects to ensure successful execution.
Offer data analysis and reporting to support business functions.
Help plan, organize, and establish new business function as needed.
Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance company visibility.
RequirementsBachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong business acumen.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work across different business units and projects as directed.
Preferred QualificationWorking experience in real estate, finance or supply chain.
Background in mortgage banking/lending is stronly preferred.
Experience in project management and/or operations.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
