Compensation: $285,000 - $350,000 / year

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our dynamic healthcare team and help grow our pediatric services. This physician will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional medical care to pediatric patients. We are looking for physicians to join our Alhambra practice in the San Gabriel Valley.

Who We Are:

• Multi-specialty clinic including Primary Care, Pediatrics, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, and more
• Established practice with over 30 years of experience

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of pediatric medical conditions, including chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and heart disease.
• Round in nursery and attend growth-focused marketing events for clinics.
• Conduct routine and preventive care visits, screenings, and wellness checks to promote long-term health and early detection of disease.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab work.
• Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
• Manage a continuity panel of pediatric patients, ensuring appropriate follow-up and long-term care.
• Document patient encounters, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health professionals, and other providers as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and initiatives tied to clinical performance metrics and value-based care goals.
• Deliver culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate care tailored to Houston’s diverse community.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Successful completion of pediatric residency program
• Board eligible/Board certified
• Unrestricted and active California Physician License
• Current BLS, ACLS, CA DEA certification prior to start date

• Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive patient health outcomes
• Interest in working with Medicare patients
• Knowledge of Value-Based Healthcare model
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, or Korean

• This position is located at 328 S. 1st Street, Alhambra, CA 91801. Cross-coverage to other AMG locations may be required as needed and per business need.
• This is a full-time position.
• The national target pay range for this role is $285,000-$350,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
• This position offers a sign-on bonus.
• Astrana employees who refer additional physicians to our practices will be eligible to receive a $3000 bonus per physician hired OR $3500 bonus per bilingual physician hired!
