Location:

Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 per year (based on location and experience).

Astrana Health seeks an experienced Lead Trainer to assess learning needs, design and deliver effective training, and manage the Litmos LMS. The role requires independent judgment, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to influence enterprise‑wide learning outcomes.
What You'll Do- Assess organizational learning needs and design scalable learning solutions aligned with business priorities.
- Create, deliver, and evaluate training programs across in‑person and virtual formats, including leadership development and onboarding.
- Facilitate high‑impact sessions with executive presence, adapting content in real time to audience dynamics.
- Analyze learning data, LMS metrics, and performance trends to measure effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
- Serve as a secondary Litmos system administrator, configuring courses, managing reporting, and supporting system improvements.
- Partner with L&D leaders and stakeholders to recommend training solutions that support workforce capability and performance improvement.
- Apply adult learning theory, instructional design expertise, and emerging AI‑enabled tools to improve learning impact.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize work, and continuously improve learning processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field (Master’s in Health Administration is a plus).
- Experience: 5‑7 years of independent facilitation across enterprise audiences; experience in healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
- LMS skills: Proficiency with Litmos (or similar LMS) and ability to analyze training metrics.
- Certifications: CPTD or CPTM are preferred; other instructional design or training certification considered.
- Skills: Facilitation presence, communication, organization, problem‑solving, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, project management, stakeholder management, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Hybrid schedule with office days at Alhambra, Orange, or Monterey Park; required to travel up to 25% for training at clinics/offices.
