Job Description

The California School of Management and Leadership (CSML) has a long history with an alumni base spread globally. CSML prepares students to be global leaders through multicultural and multinational education. As the school is in growth mode, we are expanding ground programs, online modality, and geographical reach.

Applicants to this position will be considered for a candidate pool encompassing one or more subject areas outlined in this description. The pool will be used to identify qualified candidates for potential appointments during the 2026‑2027 academic year.

Salary Range: $24–$36 hourly based on course requirements and level of education. This is a temporary, non‑benefits eligible role.

Los Angeles Campus – Hospitality Management – MBA Program

Adjunct faculty for the Technology and Statistics MBA Program, under the direction of the Program Director of MBA, provides on‑campus instruction, guidance, and support to CSML students for the following courses:

• Analysis of Financial and Accounting Data
• Technology Tools for Managerial Decision Making
• Statistical Analysis and Modeling for Business
• Technology‑Enabled Operations Management

Each course lasts 8 weeks with an additional week for prep and an additional week for grading. The course meets one day a week for 4 hours or in an executive format.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education:
  
  Master’s, Doctoral or other terminal degree from an accredited college or university, depending on the course.
• Experience:
  
  5 years in relevant specialization for those with a master’s; 2 years for those with a doctoral degree.

Interacts with Program Director, Campus Director, and Academic Program Coordinator for support.

Standard office setting with occasional low to moderate noise, temperatures, and standard office equipment.

Regular sitting, mobility, communication, keyboarding, reading.
