This after-school Behavior Technician role is a short-term assignment with consistent afternoon hours. It’s a good fit if you’re looking to pick up part-time work, gain school-based experience, or add hours alongside another role.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 or small group support during after-school hours
• Reinforce behavior plans and support classroom expectations
• Track student progress and document daily activities
• Assist with transitions and structured activities
• Communicate with staff on student needs

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work with students in a structured setting
• Strong communication and reliability
• ABA or behavioral support experience preferred
• BLS certification preferred
