- Collaborate with teachers and school staff throughout the day
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic ASL skills or experience supporting Deaf or Hard of Hearing students
- At least 6 months of experience working with children or individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication skills, patience, and reliability
