Role OverviewAs a Senior Education Program Assistant, you will support the planning and delivery of educational offerings. This position is specifically intended for individuals aged 55 and older, allowing you to bring a mature perspective and understanding of senior learners’ needs. By assisting instructors, coordinating materials, and ensuring a welcoming learning environment, you’ll help seniors stay curious and active mentally.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in scheduling classes, arranging materials, and setting up classrooms.
- Provide support to instructors during lessons, answering student inquiries.
- Compile feedback to improve course offerings and tailor future programs.
- Promote classes and encourage seniors to participate in educational activities.
- Must be 55 years of age or older.
- Enthusiasm for supporting seniors’ learning and intellectual growth.
