What You’ll Do:
Classroom support — Assist students 1:1 or in small groups to stay engaged and follow classroom routines.
Positive behavior guidance — Reinforce expectations, encourage participation, and support emotional regulation.
Personal care — Provide toileting, diapering, and hygiene assistance as needed.
Collaboration — Work closely with teachers, SPED teams, and behavior staff.
Feedback implementation — Apply direction from teachers and supervisors to strengthen daily practice.
Professional kindness — Maintain a patient, respectful, people-first approach with all students and staff.
Documentation — Record basic observations on student behavior and participation.
Compensation:$20-$26/h depending on clinical skill and experience

Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
One (1) year of school experience preferred
One (1) year of experience supporting kids with disabilities
Current CPR if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of ageWhy Amergis:
