Semtech is seeking a Photo Engineer – Lithography & Mask Layout to own end-to-end photolithography for InP wafer fabrication, including DFB lasers and gain chips. You will lead mask/reticle layout and coordinate with mask vendors while driving CD and overlay control.
You will manage stepper/coat-develop tools, ensure process robustness, support NPI, and push for yield improvements in a high-mix, low-volume factory environment.
