As a Church Outreach Specialist for Seniors, you will connect with local churches and religious institutions to develop programs, coordinate spiritual support, and encourage seniors’ participation in faith-based activities. This position is specifically intended for individuals aged 55 and older, allowing you to draw from your personal life experience to better understand and serve the spiritual needs of older adults. Your efforts strengthen community ties and foster a sense of belonging.

• Build and maintain relationships with church leaders and faith-based organizations.
• Promote in-home spiritual services, study groups, and faith-related events.
• Identify seniors’ spiritual needs and suggest relevant community resources.
• Coordinate volunteer efforts to provide companionship and pastoral visits.

• Must be 55 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse religious and cultural communities.

What to Expect on the Job

You’ll spend much of your time in the community — at senior centers, faith communities, healthcare facilities, and community events — building awareness of All Seniors Foundation programs and connecting eligible seniors to our free services.
