• Decorate quality 85C baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations, including separating, filling, and baking.
• Work as a team, follow direction, and collaborate with store management to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure breads meet 85C standard and complete designated tasks perfectly.
• Cross‑train across departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
• Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.

• High school diploma or higher.
• Fast‑food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork orientation.
• Serv Safe certification or willingness to obtain.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Minimum age 18 years.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The role involves nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to temperature extremes in coolers and freezers.
