Assist Customers with merchandise and answer Customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner;
Greet all Customers with eye contact, smiles, and courtesy; maintain professional appearance and dress code;
Maintain a clean, clutter-free store and assist with replenishment to meet presentation guidelines;
Handle daily MOS and loss-prevention procedures and report issues to Store Leadership;
Provide prompt and efficient responses to Customer Service calls and maintain safe store environment
