We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at Payne Edinburg CDJR. A Sales Manager who knows how to lead people, drive results, and build a winning sales culture. They will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. • Experienced with at least 3-5 years in an automotive sales manager role required.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to coach and develop others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Work closely with desk managers, F&I, and leadership to maximize performance.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
• Maintain strong standards for professionalism, compliance, and customer experience.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team.
• Set sales goals and provide guidance and support to team members to achieve them.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Stay up to date with products and services offered by the dealership.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
