Shift leader, Management

Shift Leaders will lead with character and integrity while striving for constant improvement. Your role is to set a positive and prepared tone for your shift and your team on a day to day basis. You are ultimately responsible for managing systems within the organization (Front of House, Back of House) and leading team members and trainers while positively impacting guests.

• Having excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrating a positive attitude and be encouraging to all
• Effectively delegating tasks to all on shift
• Have the ability to use learned information in new situations, apply knowledge, solve problems, and implement concepts.
• Have the ability to break down information into parts, understand the organizational structure, and identify relationships between elements.
• Directly oversee team members and trainers
• Positively receive and implement feedback given by Executive Team
• Be flexible
• Have an proficient understanding of money management
• Must show an attempt to be proactive not reactive on shift
