We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dietary Cook to join our food services team. As a Dietary Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of meals to our patients, residents, and staff. • Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including entrees, sides, and desserts, according to standardized recipes and diet orders

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to food safety guidelines and regulations

• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and ensure timely meal service

• Collaborate with the nutrition team to develop and implement special diets and menus

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, residents, and staff, ensuring their dietary needs are met and exceeded

• Inventory and order food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience in food service or a related field; culinary arts or nutrition education background preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, as well as stand for extended periods

• Possess a valid food handler's certification or obtain one within 30 days of hire
