Customer Service Rep; E. Front St

Domino's Pizza is seeking customer service representatives to handle order processing, customer interactions, and daily store operations.

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product for service.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Orientation and training will be provided on the job.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36° to 90° or higher.
• Sudden changes in temperature inside and outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500° or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing for most tasks and walking short distances.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds for bulk product deliveries, and occasionally lifting 30 pounds of pizza sauce.
• Pushing or pulling heavy trays and dollies (up to 7.5 pounds of force).
• Climbing stairs or ladders infrequently.
• Stooping, bending, crouching or squatting to access shelves or clean low areas.
• Reaching above 72" to operate ovens, change signs, or access high shelves.
• Frequent hand use, eye‑hand coordination, and forceful use of forearms and wrists for pizza dough shaping and other tasks.
