Responsibilities and Qualifications- Have at least a few years of BDC/Internet Representative experience
- Answer incoming sales and/or Service calls and set appointments consistent with company guidelines.
- Answer incoming internet sales leads in a professional and courteous manner consistent with company standards.
- You will need to be dressed professionally
- Be organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with both co‑workers and customers
