• Perform routine maintenance work and specialized repairs, including diesel engines.
• Supervise all services and repairs due on equipment.
• Evaluate and price product and labor needed to assist in the service and repairs required to complete the job.
• Provide routine inspections of company equipment and maintain maintenance files on all equipment.
• Compare pricing on products and outside services.
• Supervise any third-party repairs and services.
• Maintain proper use of company fuel and credit card issued.
• Supervise and assist rig crews in repairs on rig and associated equipment.
• Maintain and schedule services due on all company equipment assigned to the yard.
• Work with other yard managers to transfer company equipment to other locations and complete any services or repairs as needed.

• High degree of knowledge in wells servicing equipment, diesel engines, and other company equipment.
• Experience conducting routine services and vehicle maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience inspecting vehicles for faults and repairs.
• Practical knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Sound problem-solving skills.
• Preferred:
  Two years diesel mechanic experience; experience using necessary tools and machinery and dealing with customers.
