Job Title

Veolia, a world leader in environmental services, specialized in the comprehensive management of water, waste, and energy, is looking to hire a Head of Mechanical Installations in its offices in Coruña.

• Work schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8 to 13 and from 14:30 to 17:30 and Friday from 8 to 15 hours.

The functions to be performed will include:

• Planning, managing, and supervising assigned projects (monitoring execution, certifications, planning of technical and economic aspects).
• Advisory services to the client and site directions, applying the appropriate procedures, techniques, and means, as well as methods that improve performance and results.
• Coordination of different technical actions and teams (field and office work).
• Management and organization of the necessary resources to ensure production.
• Control of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring the correct execution of works according to projects in accordance with regulations, respecting the safety and health policy on site, as well as the quality and environmental management policy of the company.
• Support in the preparation of technical offers, work budgets, and tenders.

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Installations, Engineering.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Head of Installations or as a Technical Project Manager.
• Knowledge: In installations of air conditioning, heating, electricity, boilermaking, control, and regulation.
• Familiar with certificates of works and measurements.
• Advanced computer skills in:
  Office Suite (Excel, Word,..), Google Applications (Gmail, drive, meet...), AutoCAD, Navision, Budgeting programs (Construsyc, presto, etc...), Project planning programs (Project).
