Technical Installations Engineer

Acciona, in its construction line of business, needs to incorporate a Technical Installations Engineer in an important building project in A Coruña.

Description of the Position

Mission:
Execute the parts of the project assigned within their unit/department, in accordance with established procedures, in order to facilitate the fulfillment of the established deadlines and coordinate the necessary resources (human and material), promoting the contribution of significant improvements to the project. They are responsible for the execution of the works contracts. They plan, optimize and supervise the use of resources to ensure that construction works are executed on time, with the specifications and the established cost.

Among their most common functions are: managing contracts and obtaining the required permits and licenses, preparing budget estimates, planning and setting the construction phases, supervising the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff or workers, verifying the progress made and the quality of the work during all phases of the project, representing the company in pertinent matters, etc.

Functions:

They will be responsible for the execution and management of the installations, in accordance with the project, its deadlines, its technical requirements and the established internal procedures, under the guidelines of the Site Manager.

Candidate Requirements

- Education:

Industrial Engineer

-10 years of experience in Building Works.

-Computer skills:
Office suite, work programming, AutoCAD, etc.

-Geographical availability

- Skills:

Teamwork, leadership and team management, decision-making capacity.
