You’ll be a key part of the treatment team—helping maintain a safe, respectful, recovery‑focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal.
What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities
- Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs
- Acting as a go‑between for clients and clinical staff
- Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
- Assisting during crises (with training and supervision)
- Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed
- Supporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged
- Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record
- Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, TB test, and CPR/First Aid
