You'll be a key therapeutic partner for individuals seeking recovery, using your clinical expertise and compassionate presence to support meaningful change.

• Delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy
• Collaboratively developing treatment plans that honor each patient's story and goals
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Building strong relationships with referral sources and care partners
• Coordinating continuing care and ensuring smooth transitions
• Completing insurance authorizations
• Staying aligned with HIPAA, OMHSAS, DPW, and DDAP guidelines
• Engaging in regular supervision (and seeking extra support when helpful)
• Providing program coverage when needed and participating in ongoing training

• Clear, compassionate communication
• Deep understanding of addiction and co-occurring disorders
• Ability to complete thorough assessments
• Competence in individual and group therapy delivery
• Sound clinical judgment and problem-solving
• Emotional resilience and self-awareness
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical care

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of experience in a behavioral health environment

• PA Criminal Background Check
• PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances
• Drug screen
• 2-Step TB test
• CPR/First Aid certification
