Driver Recruiter

, PGT Trucking is hiring a Driver Recruiter to help grow a strong flatbed driver pipeline. This role combines hands-on recruiting with a benefits-focused approach, giving you the information needed to guide applicants through the hiring and onboarding process. You will also use an ATS to keep hiring activity organized as you build outreach for multiple driver ownership and operation types.

• HS diploma or GED (additional education preferred)
• Preferred experience in truck driver recruitment
• Ability to meet department goals for daily talk time on the phone with new candidates
• Strong capability to quickly prequalify and identify top-fit candidates
• Great relationship-building skills to keep candidates engaged throughout the process

• Engage potential leads quickly to encourage a complete application
• Identify quality candidates for flatbed trucking
• Maintain a thorough understanding of PGT’s benefits and use them to actively recruit applicants to PGT
• Use the ATS to properly document the hiring and onboarding process
• Proactively search for potential leads using company resources

• $55,000 to $65,000 per year plus a competitive bonus structure
