ARCHITECTURAL & NATIONAL ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST

We are seeking an ARCHITECTURAL & NATIONAL ACCOUNTSSPECIALIST to help expand ARDEX's presence across the Northeast United States by influencing specifications, building strategic partnerships, and supporting national construction programs.

This highly visible role combines architectural specificationdevelopment, national account management, and business development.

You'll work with architects, designers, construction leaders, and keyend users to influence product decisions, secure specifications, andhelp drive growth across some of the industry's most recognizableprojects and organizations.

What You'll Do

Drive Architectural Specifications

  • Develop and grow specification activity throughout the Northeastregion, from Columbus, Ohio through New England
  • Build relationships with architects, designers, specificationwriters, engineering firms, and building consultants
  • Partner with regional sales teams to expand project pipelines anduncover new opportunities
  • Position ARDEX as a trusted technical resource within the architectural community

Develop National Account Relationships

  • Develop and expand relationships with national retail,hospitality, healthcare, education,and commercial construction accounts
  • Engage key decision-makers including:
  • Directors of Construction
  • VP's of Store Planning and Design
  • Specification Writers
  • Support specification opportunities across multi-site programs andhigh-profile projects
  • Serve as a primary ARDEX contact for designated national accounts

Support Strategic Growth Initiatives

Identify and support opportunities related to:

  • Offsite Construction
  • Prefabrication
  • Modular Building Systems
  • Emerging construction technologies and market trends
  • Strategic product and market expansion initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, and Product Management teams to align customer needs with business objectives.
Experience and Skills:

What you’ll bring to ARDEX

  • Experience with in architectural sales or national account roleis essential.
  • Familiar with architectural specifications and constructiondesign elements is essential.
  • Experience with building products or flooring installationproducts is essential.
  • Must demonstrate a high level of energy and enthusiasm for the business and be customer driven and professional.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively present in front of large groups.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Systems,Outlook, Teams and the Internet.
