We are seeking skilled Mechanics/Technicians to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, hands‑on technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced industrial environment while maintaining high standards for safety and quality.

• Identify and handle basic component parts and follow established work procedures.
• Accurately and legibly complete all production documentation on time.
• Follow and adhere to all quality requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong mechanical aptitude; effective use of tools in mechanical/technical settings.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical functionality of equipment and subassemblies.
• Understanding of general plant practices, floor layout, and procedures.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills immediately.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED AND two years of related experience/training, OR equivalent combination of education and experience in a manufacturing, mechanical, or technical environment.
• Ability to read and interpret quality requirements, work instructions, production schedules, and measurements.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Specific vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, plus the ability to adjust focus.

• Indoor industrial setting with exposure to heat, humidity, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.
• Occasional exposure to loud noise levels.

• Pay: $19.00 - $22.00/hour (based on experience)
• Hours: 40 per week; day shift, Monday–Friday; overtime available
