Hineman’s is looking for a skilled, reliable Automotive Technician who takes pride in quality work and efficiency.

This is a key role in our operation—your ability to diagnose, repair, and produce consistently directly impacts the shop’s success.

Aliquippa, PA | 8AM–5PM (No Nights or Weekends)

Compensation (Stable + Performance)

Compensation based on skill level

Guaranteed 45 hours/week (5 hours built-in overtime)

Monthly Team Bonus (based on hours turned)

Get paid even when it’s slow + bonus when the team produces

Tool Relocation Assistance

We offer tool relocation support for the right technician.

If you’re currently at another shop and making a move, we’ll help make the transition smooth.

• Diagnose and repair all major vehicle systems (engine, electrical, suspension, brakes, A/C, etc.)
• Perform maintenance services (fluid services, spark plugs, brakes, tires, batteries, etc.)
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Perform PA state inspections & emissions testing
• Conduct digital/courtesy inspections
• Test drive and perform final quality checks
• Keep clean, organized work areas and proper documentation

• Proven A-Tech or high‑level B-Tech performance
• Can diagnose independently (not a parts changer)
• Experience with Mitchell 1, All Data, or similar systems
• Comfortable with tablets and digital workflow
• PA State Inspection & Emissions License
• Valid driver’s license (clean record)
• Own tools appropriate to skill level
• Pass background check / drug screening
• Strong work ethic, communication, and team mindset
