Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, S corporation, partnership, trust, nonprofit, and estate tax returns
• Assist with tax projections, planning, and strategic tax‑saving opportunities for clients
• Respond to IRS, FTB, EDD, and CDTFA notices and correspondence
• Communicate directly with clients on tax matters, planning opportunities, and information requests
• Collaborate with firm partners on complex tax planning and consulting engagements
• Review financial statements, general ledgers, and accounting records for tax reporting accuracy
• Research federal and multi‑state tax issues as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of tax accounting and tax preparation experience in a CPA firm environment
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi‑state tax laws
• Proficiency in CCH Axcess, Quick Books Desktop and Online, and Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client‑facing mindset
• CPA license is a plus
