Compensation
: $30/hr-$36/hr (This equates to $60,000–$70,000 annually) + discretionary bonus

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Client Service Associate (CSA) to support our Wealth Management team. This role is ideal for someone who is client-focused, collaborative, outgoing and acts with integrity. Someone who looks beyond themselves to support clients and teammates while contributing to a respectful, professional culture.
As a key member of the client service team, the CSA supports Financial Advisors by managing day-to-day client service operations and executing the firm’s service model through consistent, repeatable processes. Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, responsive service to clients via phone, email, text and in person
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
- Support client onboarding, account openings, transfers, and account maintenance processes
- Prepare, verify, and submit documentation
- Process money movement transactions (ACH, wires, checks, journals, distributions, etc.) accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed client records in CRM and custodial platforms
- Assist with meeting preparation, reports, agendas, and follow-up notes
- Monitor account alerts and resolve basic account or service issues, and escalate complex matters to operations, supervisor or compliance
- Support document management and regulatory recordkeeping
- Collaborate with advisors, operations, and compliance to ensure operational excellence
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes
- Participate in EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) based committee meetings
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client service preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Client-focused with a professional demeanor and strong follow-through
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, custodial platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge of investment and banking products is a plus
