Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Loan Processor for a direct hire opportunity in Aliso Viejo, CA. This role is ideal for a driven mortgage lending professional who thrives in a fast-paced commercial, hard money, or real estate lending environment and enjoys managing loan files from commitment through closing. The Commercial Loan Processor will support a high-volume origination pipeline, coordinate with brokers, borrowers, escrow, title, insurance, appraisers, and internal lending teams, and help deliver a responsive, professional customer experience.

• Manage a commercial mortgage loan pipeline with a focus on speed, accuracy, compliance, and exceptional broker and borrower service.
• Lead daily origination meetings and provide clear updates on active deals, priorities, timelines, and potential closing obstacles.
• Issue loan commitments, borrower packages, disclosures, loan documents, and supporting documentation for completion and signature.
• Schedule borrower Zoom interviews and gather key information related to ability to repay, borrower background, and use of proceeds.
• Coordinate with title, escrow, insurance providers, appraisers, brokers, and internal teams to support timely loan closings.
• Track pipeline activity, maintain accurate data, document broker outreach, and support broker relationship management.
