• Consult with prospective clients to assess their tax liabilities and present tailored tax resolution solutions
• Drive new business through inbound and outbound sales efforts, including follow-up calls and lead conversion
• Educate clients on IRS programs such as Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, and Penalty Abatement
• Manage a pipeline of prospects and maintain accurate records in CRM software
• Collaborate with tax professionals and case managers to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets
• Build long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent communication

• Proven sales experience, preferably in tax resolution, financial services, or a related field
• Strong understanding of IRS tax relief programs and resolution strategies is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and track sales activity
• High school diploma required; college degree or tax/financial background preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism
