You are

A Global Head of Microsoft Azure Cloud who will specialize in Microsoft Azure Cloud, bringing deep expertise and a passion for driving cloud adoption and innovation. This role will be pivotal in shaping our cloud strategy, leading our cloud practice, and delivering cutting‑edge cloud solutions to our clients.

The Opportunity
  • Develop and execute the Microsoft Azure Cloud strategy aligned with the company’s overall vision and goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of cloud professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Identify and prioritize cloud opportunities that drive business value for clients.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies and trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and other materials to support business development efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, such as white papers, articles, and webinars.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums.
You will need
  • At least 8 years of experience in cloud solutions, with at least 3 years specializing in Microsoft Azure Cloud. Proven track record of successfully delivering cloud projects and solutions in a client‑facing environment.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies, including specific technologies relevant to the platform. Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Compensation Range

$240,000 to $330,000

Benefits

Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the U.S. are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following company‑paid employee‑only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, short‑ and long‑term disability benefits.

Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short‑term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
