Test Analyst – Lead I - Software Testing (full‑time employment)

• Provide solutions for improving the clients’ business, processes, and profitability.
• Identify areas of system enhancements; gather and analyse, estimate time required for project completion, prepare schedules, conduct design reviews, testing, and deployment of application enhancements, as well as project planning.
• Support the core components during system testing, integration testing, and during promotion of these components to production environment.
• Review work products and deploy the application in the test environment, initiating user acceptance testing. Fix bugs and technical errors that arise during this phase.
• Must be able to travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.

• Education and Experience:
  
  Bachelors or Foreign Equivalent Degree in Computer Science, Computer Application, CIS (Computer Information System), Engineering – any branch or related field; and Two (2) Years of Experience as a Test Analyst or related occupation.
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, employer will accept a foreign degree equivalent based on a combination of three years of college/university education and three years of experience as determined by a qualified credential evaluation company.
• Employer is willing to accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience for the job offered position as Test Analyst.
• The 2 years’ experience required must include Global Delivery model experience and the ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to all levels.
• Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.

Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 (Unanticipated work sites throughout the US)

$144,414 – $150,000 per year; 40 hours per week; 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in the U.S. are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as company‑paid employee‑only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short‑ and long‑term disability benefits.

Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short‑term disability benefits and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Full‑time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) program with employer matching.

All U.S. employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
