Lead II - Enterprise Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic professional to serve as the primary point person for coordinating FSD integration data requests across IT, ERP teams, application owners, business SMEs, and Solventum stakeholders. This is a remote opportunity based out of Aliso Viejo, CA, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact.

• Manage and track data requests across multiple domains including transactional, ERP, master, and reference data.
• Partner with IT and ERP leaders to prioritize data needs based on integration milestones and business criticality.
• Establish a structured approach for data request intake, prioritization, validation, and closure.
• Drive alignment across ERP and enterprise platforms like JDE, SAP, S/4 HANA, and Oracle PLM.
• Facilitate working sessions to keep data activities moving and prepare concise status updates for leadership.

• Experience in Data Integration and Data Governance.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, S/4, JDE, or Oracle Fusion.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in tracking tools like Jira or Service Now.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Experience in the Life Sciences domain is a plus.
• Prior experience with UST is preferable.
