Workday Financials Sales Solution Architect – Lead II, Enterprise Solutions
Role Description
Lead II – Enterprise Solutions role focused on Workday Financials Sales Solutions. This client‑facing role requires deep domain, product, industry, and/or solution area expertise.
Responsibilities- Prep (configure), conduct, and lead effective Workday solution demonstrations across multiple functional areas, tailoring materials and demos based on client needs and competitive landscape, creating new materials where necessary.
- Develop and deliver relevant product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars to support sales or marketing.
- Partner with customer base account teams to follow customers, understand their strategies, and help them expand their Workday footprint to support that strategy.
- Continuously support client delivery to stay current in skills and Workday knowledge.
- Coordinate with product leads to ensure that latest solution developments and Workday release features are reflected in sales materials and assist with building expertise in these areas.
- Up to 50% travel required.
- Current Workday Financials Partner Certification.
- Multiple end‑to‑end Workday implementations across functional or technical areas.
- Professional experience in Pre‑Sales / Sales Consulting preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills in front of technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Ability to clearly communicate features & benefits to technical and business resources.
- Location:
Remote – U.S. - Salary range: $94,000 – $141,000 per year.
- Full‑time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days paid vacation per year, 6 days paid sick leave, 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
