We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site MES IT Coordinator to drive the implementation and support of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at the site level. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary IT coordinator for MES project and support activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate MES lifecycle activities from requirements to steady-state operations.
• Drive clarity in MES requirements and support business process reengineering.
• Ensure site readiness in terms of infrastructure, user access, and compliance.
• Log, track, and escalate MES issues while maintaining clear communication channels.
• Support the creation and updating of MES-related documentation and training materials.
• Manage site-level MES governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience supporting MES implementation or site IT project coordination in manufacturing environments.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of MES platforms and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferences:

• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments and CSV expectations.
• Prior experience with UST.
• Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones.
