Key Responsibilities- Lead and guide the team in resolving support issues within defined timelines.
- Coordinate incident and problem management activities across support teams.
- Plan and manage application/infrastructure releases and configuration changes.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent issue re-occurrence.
- Maintain a knowledge base of known support issues and resolutions.
- Create and maintain an application support service catalogue.
- Ensure application monitoring and performance tuning processes are in place.
- Handle critical customer escalations and manage stakeholder communications.
- Mentor team members and provide career guidance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in supporting MES implementation or site IT project coordination in manufacturing environments.
- Strong commitment to quality and engineering excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with distributed teams in different time zones.
- Ability to handle customer escalations and manage under highly stressful situations.
- Knowledge of Agile methods and integrated development environments (IDE).
