Workday Certified Time & Absence Consultant Lead II - Enterprise Solutions You Are
UST is searching for a Workday Certified Time Tracking & Absence Consultant; you will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring, and testing Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of the client. Foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise, may support proposal preparations, deliver demonstrations to clients, and speak at conferences.
The Opportunity- Provide expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite, with deep expertise and experience with Absence & Time Tracking
- Lead or coach others to successfully gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients
- Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday
- Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
- Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledge
- Communicate clearly and concisely, collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects
- Work with team members to address complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support
- Current Workday Partner Absence and/or Time Tracking Certification
- 4+ years configuring and implementing a combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) solutions
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Previous experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, People Soft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Functional experience in one or more of the following areas:
Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking - Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self‑training
- Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously is a plus
- Expected travel +/-20% depending on project
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
