UST is seeking a Business Analyst for full-time employment.

• Use analytics and judgment to identify, prioritize, structure and solve complex problems
• Work independently to define, test and implement project functional requirements
• Design and execute functional test procedures
• Create software requirements artefacts and deliverables
• Apply system analysis techniques to analyze requirements, system capabilities, workflows, and functional limitations
• Serve as subject matter expert on projects to answer business questions that impact the strategic business priorities
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project
• Define software quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctional requirements
• Establish and implement effective requirements practices, such as change control process, etc.
• Ensure use and continuous improvement of a requirements processes
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints
• Ensure all project requirements are conformed to during every phase of the project implementation
• Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data
• Prepare status report updates on the progress of assigned tasks
• Contribute to the written and verbal communication in and out of the client, specific to the engagement
• Must be able to relocate as needed by the company
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested
• Must be able to travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.

• Bachelors or Foreign Equivalent Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS (Management Information System), CIS (Computer Information System), Engineering - any branch or related and
• Two (2) Years of Experience as Business Analyst or related occupation.
• Employer will accept a foreign education equivalent to a bachelor's degree as determined by a qualified credential evaluation service.
• The 2 years' experience required must include Global Delivery model experience and to communicate complex, technical concepts to all levels.
• Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer. May telecommute from any location in the U.S.

Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 (Unanticipated Client Site throughout the US)

$144,414 - $150,000 per year
: 40 hours per week: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico. Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching.
