AMS Senior Certified HCM Consultant, Advanced Compensation

• Provide expertise in the Workday HCM product suite with deep experience in Advanced Compensation.
• Lead deployments or coach others in gathering and documenting client business requirements, designing and configuring the Workday solution, demonstrating configurations through prototype systems, assisting in testing, and completing knowledge transfer to clients.
• Work with the confidential client/data conversion team to convert legacy data into Workday.
• Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third‑party or custom solutions.
• Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model and coach on product knowledge.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, collaborating effectively with team‑based projects.
• Work with team members to address complex tasks or requirements when support is needed.

• Current Workday Partner HCM Certification and/or Advanced Compensation Certification.
• 5+ years configuring and implementing various HCM solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting or software company.
• Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, People Soft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: HCM/Talent & Performance/Recruitment/Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking/Compensation.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage timelines and goals effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self‑training.
• Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously is a plus.
• Expected travel +/-5% depending on project.

Remote-US

Compensation range: $81,000 – $122,000 per year.

• 10 days paid vacation per year (full‑time).
