Quality Engineer / Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer / Tester to ensure the delivery of high-quality software applications in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in QA testing methodologies, test case design and execution, defect tracking, and validation of application functionality.

• Analyze business and functional requirements and create comprehensive test cases.
• Execute manual test cases and document test results.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects through resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing support.
• Validate application data using SQL queries and perform data analysis as needed.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Provide testing status updates and quality metrics to project teams.

• Strong knowledge of QA testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Ability to perform SQL-based data validation and simple query writing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, or similar.
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
