The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $26.06 - $33.85 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Support administration, compliance, optimization, and day-to-day operation of enterprise business applications
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, IT, system vendors, and internal support teams
• Monitor, triage, and prioritize support tickets; assign to appropriate teams and drive timely resolution
• Coordinate user account provisioning, modifications, deactivations, and periodic access reviews
• Support change management processes, tracking approvals, testing evidence, and deployment activities
• Assist with audit preparation, evidence collection, and maintaining audit-ready documentation
• Coordinate system implementation and enhancement projects, including requirements gathering and testing
• Serve as primary contact for business systems questions; troubleshoot issues and develop training materials
• Assist with data validation, reconciliation, and generation of operational/compliance reports
• Identify opportunities for process automation, optimization, and continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field required
• 3+ years of experience supporting business systems, enterprise applications, IT operations, compliance, or project coordination
• Experience supporting ERP, HCM, CRM, or other enterprise applications preferred
• Experience with user access administration, change management, or audit support preferred
• Experience in a regulated industry environment preferred
• Familiarity with SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Success Factors, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms highly desirable
• Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
• Working knowledge of compliance frameworks, IT controls, and governance concepts
