Associate Software Architect

Full-time, regular position for a software architect focusing on designing and developing software architecture solutions inside emerging technologies. The role involves providing leadership in architecture strategy, technical standards, training, and mentorship to development teams.

• Use independent judgment to design and develop software architecture for projects, software proof of concepts or prototypes in emerging technologies based on inputs from the customer or project team.
• Design and perfect software coding standards, guidelines, and technology best practices.
• Analyze, identify, and integrate software tool sets for projects.
• Develop technical training programs for the organization.
• Mentor Systems Analyst / Senior Developers.
• Conduct internal technology seminars and technical training.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, CIS, Engineering (any branch) or related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in Information Technology services or related occupation, including Global Delivery model experience and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to all levels.
• Foreign education equivalent to a bachelor's degree accepted as determined by a qualified credential evaluation service.
• Travel and/or relocate to any work site in the U.S. as needed with expenses paid by the employer; may telecommute from any location in the U.S.

$157,123 - $160,000 per year; 40 hours per week: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
