Job Title

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications and Deployment documentation.
• Perform design document reviews, peer code reviews, and suggest code improvements.
• Serve as a single point of contact for build and deployment issues and resolve them on time.
• Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice-related activities such as assembling content for case studies, contributing to reusability, coordinating internal seminars, conducting knowledge sharing sessions, and participating in hackathons.
• Select appropriate technical options for development, such as reusing, improving, or reconfiguring existing components.
• Identify problem patterns and improve the technical design of applications/systems.
• Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Act creatively to develop applications, optimize application development, maintenance, and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions.
• Interpret application/feature/component design to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
• Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages.
• Validate results with user representatives, integrate, and commission the overall solution.
• Influence and improve customer satisfaction through code refactoring suggestions and improvements in business processes.
• Influence and improve employee engagement within project teams.
• Set goals in North Star, measure progress, and update accordingly.

Requirements:

• Understand requirements/user stories and create inputs for effort and size estimation.
• Follow scrum ceremonies and contribute to design (HLD, LLD, SAD)/architecture for applications/features/business components.
• Define coding standards, templates, and checklists, and perform code review of team members.
• Create and review unit test cases, scenarios, and execution.
• Review test plans created by the testing team and provide clarifications.
• Perform defect RCA and mitigation, identify defect trends, and take proactive measures to improve quality.
• Manage delivery of modules and/or manage user stories.
• Create/review templates, checklists, guidelines, standards for design/process/development.
• Report status of tasks assigned and comply with project-related reporting standards and processes.
• Contribute project-related documents, share point, libraries, and client universities.
• Execute and monitor the release process.
• Clarify requirements and provide guidance to the development team.
• Present design options to customers and conduct implementation reviews with stakeholders.
• Advise software developers on design and development of features/components with a deeper understanding of the business problem.
• Manage and mentor team, set goals, provide feedback, and ensure team engagement in projects.
• Proactively identify risks and work to mitigate them.
