The function

As an examination board employee, you are an essential link in the entire examination and graduation process.

Your duties include:

  • The administrative and logistical support for the administration, collection and assessment of (physical and digital) examinations;
  • creating examination and qualification files, managing them and ensuring they are complete in time for the qualification application;
  • ensuring the (manual and/or digital) recording of academic results for the purposes of transcripts and diplomas;
  • reporting and informing students, academic staff and the examination board;
  • preparing degree applications in accordance with the graduation timetable.
  • preparation and organisation of examinations;
  • the preparation of diplomas, results lists, vocational qualifications and certificates.
About the team

The Examination Office is part of the Educational Logistics Department and falls within the Operations Department. At each location, we support students, programmes and examination boards with the administrative processes surrounding examinations and certification. You make an active contribution to the further development of the team and, together with education, we work on more efficient and future-proof processes through standardisation, digitisation and automation.

This way, we ensure that we can respond flexibly to developments and that every student gets the attention he or she deserves.

Job requirements

Your profile You are someone who values structure and order and doesn’t shy away from an administrative challenge.

We are looking for a colleague who:

  • Works in a solution-focused way, proactively gathers information and enjoys working as part of a team;
  • work accurately and carefully;
  • Has a customer-oriented and strong communication skills;
  • Has at least three years' experience in an administrative and/or organisational position, preferably within education;
  • excellent command of the Dutch language, both orally and in writing;
  • skilled in working with various digital systems;
  • is preferably available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
