ONHN zoekt een operationeel directeur voor 32 uur per week om de transitie van de organisatie vorm te geven. Je leidt de uitvoeringsorganisatie, ontwikkelt beleid en borgt een efficiënte werking van processen en communicatie.
Je werkt nauw samen met de directeur-bestuurder en stuurt interne teams aan. De functie focust op verandermanagement, stakeholderrelaties en optimale dienstverlening aan ondernemers in Noord-Holland Noord.
