RAVO Benelux zoekt een Service coördinator die verantwoordelijk is voor het optimale service- en onderhoudsproces rondom veegwagens. Je bent hét gezicht van de organisatie en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het geleverde werk en de klantbeleving.
Je coacht en stuurt service monteurs aan, regelt planning en beschikbaarheid, en behandelt storingen en vragen. Daarnaast zorg je voor een efficiënte administratie van melding tot facturatie en draag je bij aan een gestroomlijnde vestiging.
