GGZ Noord-Holland-Noord zoekt een teamleider voor het Intensive Home Treatment (IHT) team Noord-Kennemerland in Alkmaar. Je geeft coachend leiding aan een ervaren multidisciplinaire groep en stuurt op optimale zorgprocessen, beleid en budgetten.
Je ziet toe op talentontwikkeling en borgt samenwerking met psychiaters, ketenpartners en andere IHT-teams. Na 2026 verhuist het kantoor naar Heiloo; de organisatie biedt een vaste aanstelling en volop ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.
